Our programs have a few major categories
Academy - Weekly program that allows players to learn skills with players of a similar age. Learn more about the specifics below.
Team - To join our teams you need to tryout with us. The team will travel to events in the New England area, with regularly schedule practices between November and May. Learn more about the specifics below.
Open Gym / Training Sessions - These programs vary and are available at random times throughout the year. Learn more about the specifics below.

Academy Program
An academy program is a great starting point for many athletes looking to eventually make a travel team or just to try the sport out. The main focus on the program is skills, with small sided games, eventually training tactical concepts like rotations and 6v6 play.
We have programs that run in the Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer. There is no consistent timing for these programs due the changing calendars each year.
Winter 2024
Winter Academy: Beginner | 5-6th Grade | Tuesdays #2 - Full

Team Programs
Our team programs include in-house and travel. Mini Club teams are in-house co-ed with no tryouts where as the Northeast boys teams have tryouts in the summer/early fall and travel to tournaments in the Northeast area.
Spring Mini Club (In-House) - 10 week program
What - This program will put players on a team for 10 weeks of practice, they will compete 3 of the 10 weeks against another inhouse team! Everything will happen at our gym.
Who - 2 teams, 1 in each of the following age groups
u12/u13 - Coed In-House
u14 - Coed In-House
u15 - Girls In-House

Cost - $450, payment plans are available upon request
When - 10 weeks of practice/matches*
Start Date: 03/04/2025
End Date: 05/06/2025
Practices/matches:
u12 + u13 - Tuesdays 5-7pm
u14+ u15 - Tuesdays 7-9pm
Northeast Travel Teams - September to March
Who - 4 teams, 1 in each of the following age groups
Tryouts
u15 - Players who were born on or after July 1, 2009 - Typically 9th Graders
u16 - Players who were born on or after July 1, 2008 - Typically 10th Graders
u17 - Players who were born on or after July 1, 2007 - Typically 11th Graders
u18 - Players who were born on or after July 1, 2006 OR Players who were born on or after July 1, 2005 and a high school student during some part of the current academic year. - Typically 12th Graders

Open Gym / Training
We love to have players join us in the gym for some games! The program is classically unstructured and gives players and chance to meet new friends
Cost - $8-20 depending on how long the open gym is.
