Our Program

We are always looking for staff members. The big things that we look for in future staff are very similar to what we look for in our athletes. People who are ready to grow and looking to go outside their comfort zones! People who want to help us pursue our mission to provide the tools necessary to educate and encourage members, player and parent, to be the best supporters, teammates and athletes they can be.

Our program will not only train our coaches, we will also pay for memberships, travel, and outside education. We are always interested in changing our program to become stronger, as we involve new staff we want to hear your ideas and strategies for growth as we provide the best possible tools for our members. You will have constant contact with our directors as you to through the season. They are involved in many phases of athlete development and coach development.

Please consider joining our program, take a look at the descriptions below and complete the application at the bottom. We will then reach out to you to set up an interview!
