Academy Program

An academy program is a great starting point for many athletes looking to eventually make a travel team or just to try the sport out. The main focus on the program is skills, with small sided games, eventually training tactical concepts like rotations and 6v6 play.

We have programs that run in the Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer. There is no consistent timing for these programs due the changing calendars each year.

Summer 2024

3-5th Grade | Beginner | Coed

Team Programs

Our travel team programs come in a few different tiers. We have 2 seasons that run during the year for girls.

Fall Mini Club - 10 week program

Who - 4 teams, 1 in each of the following age groups

1. u10 - Coed Regional

2. u12 - Coed Regional

3. u14 - Girls Regional

4. u14 - Girls Northeast

Tryouts - TBA

Cost - $500, payment plans are available.

Northeast Travel Teams - November to May

Who - 7 teams, 1 in each of the following age groups

1. u12 - Girls Northeast

2. u13 - Girls Northeast

3. u14 - Girls Northeast

4. u15 - Girls Northeast

5. u16 - Girls Northeast

6. u17 - Girls Northeast

7. u18 - Girls Northeast

Open Gym / Training

We love to have players join us in the gym for some games! The program is classically unstructured and gives players and chance to meet new friends

Cost - $8-15 depending on how long the open gym is.

Lessons

Indoor lessons are a great way to improve and learn how to coach yourself. We can work on any skill, or a very broad focus.

• All Levels: 5th Grade - Adult

Cost

• 1 Athlete / 1 hour = $65

• 2 Athletes / 1 hour = $50 per athlete

• 3 Athletes / 1 hour = $40 per athlete

• 4 Athletes + / 1 hour = $30 per athlete

• Lesson Packages

  • 4 hours / 1 athlete = $235

  • 4 hours / 2 athletes = $180 per athlete

  • 4 hours / 3+ athletes = $145 per athlete

Instructions to Book

At the current time, we have extremely limited lesson availability.

Check our calendar to see what dates / times are available for you.

1. Book / Sign up for that time you would like. 

2. We will send you an invoice for the time depending on how many athletes will be joining you via Playmetrics (Our registration software). You can create an account here if you don’t have one already. 

Cancelation Policy

There is a $40 cancellation fee if you do not show up or attend and we are unable to fill the time with another lesson.
