Tryout Dates and Times

Please arrive 15-30 min early to check-in to the tryout and receive your tryout number.

Practice Dates and Schedule

This season we are excited to continue our tradition of a lot of practice in the gym, while introducing more positional training on the weekend.

• Tuesdays - 7:00-9:00pm

  • Team Practice Day - focus on team dynamics with your group individuals within the team

• Wednesdays - 7:00-9:00pm

  • Scrimmage Day - compete against other teams, working on team systems.

• Saturdays - 3:00-6:00pm

  • Small Group Games Training - 3:00-4:30pm

  • Positional Training - 4:30-6:00pm

2. Wicked Good: 12/21 - 12/22/23 (2 Day) @ Mohegan Sun, CT

3. Winterfest #1: 1/11 - 1/12 (2 Day) @ Hartford, CT

4. Grand Prix #1 : 2/1 - 2/2 (2 Day) @ Mohegan Sun, CT

5. Volleyfest: 2/15 - 2/17 (3 Day) @ Springfield, MA or Providence, RI

6. Boston #2: 2/21 - 2/23 (3 Day) @ Boston, MA

BallTime

BallTime is an amazing tool for teaching athletes via their video in match. Not only does it make watching video easy, it track stats to help coaches, and athletes learn where to improve. This team will have access to BallTime for the entire season.

Coaching Staff

We're thrilled to announce that Carla Boyer has joined our coaching staff as the 18U Head Coach! Carla, the Head Coach for the Souhegan Sabers boys and girls programs, recently led her boys' team to the state title match for the first time in program history. Named Coach of the Year in NH for both girls' and boys' seasons in 2023, Carla is excited for another season with Meraki! 🌟🏆

Torie Howdeshell has joined our coaching staff as the 18u Assistant Coach. Torie is the Associate Head Coach and Recruiting Coordinator for Rivier Men's Volleyball. Hailing from Fairbanks, Alaska, Torie was a standout three-year letterwinner at Western New England, earning a Bachelor's in Neuroscience in 2017 and a Master's in Sports Leadership and Coaching in 2021. With coaching stints as the Head Coach at Elms College and Assistant at Saint Anselm College, she's ready to make her mark at Meraki. Welcome, Coach Howdeshell! 🌟🏐
