Tryout Dates and Times

Please arrive 15-30 min early to check-in to the tryout and receive your tryout number.

• 11/7/24 - 16/17s - 7:00-9:00pm

• 11/9/24 - 16/17s - 12:00-2:00pm

Practice Dates and Schedule

This season we are excited to continue our tradition of a lot of practice in the gym, while introducing more positional training on the weekend.

1. Wednesdays - 5:00-7:00pm

   1. Scrimmage Day - compete against other teams, working on team systems.

2. Thursdays - 7:00-9:00pm

   1. Team Practice Day - focus on team dynamics with your group individuals within the team.

3. Saturdays - 1:15-4:30pm

   1. Positional Training - 1:15-2:45pm

   2. Small Group Games Training - 3:00-4:30pm

BallTime

BallTime is an amazing tool for teaching athletes via their video in match. Not only does it make watching video easy, it track stats to help coaches, and athletes learn where to improve. This team will have access to BallTime for the entire season.
